Summary: The host was friendly and check in easy. Communicating with the hotel in advance was difficult, but we loved our room and it was very clean, well maintained. Host honored our special request gladly.

Summary: There was an issue with the room keys not working when we initially checked in both keys didn’t work fixed that then when we came back in the afternoon they didn’t work again no one was in the office called the number no answer fortunately the housekeeper was nearby and she called the manager had to change the key box batteries. I had to ask for bathmat and some extra towels as there was 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot.

Summary: The junior sweet was fantastic. Lots of room, a semi-private patio. Room was clean and well layed out.

Summary: The room was clean though carpet had small stains and the wall and furniture were a bit rough. Staff was helpful when the heater wasn’t working and the pan they provided didn’t work on the induction cooktop. The linens were clean and the bathroom was very nice, having been remodeled recently.

Summary: This place isn't as pictured. It's pretty shabby, no dishes in the kitchen and the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet. The patio was dirty with no furniture, so we didn't sit outside. There is a pool, but not inviting. The best part was the location near the Flamingo resort and Montgomery Village. We won't be returning here.

Summary: The hotel was in a good location close to stores and services and there was a very good cafe on site, though it was not operated by the hotel. My room, however, was in a terrible location with my window opposite a maintenance closet, that made it so dark I had to turn on lamps during the day. The guy in the office was less than friendly and I was given no info regarding the maid service, of which there was none during the 4 days of my stay. Nor was there any written info in the room.
