Positive: The location of the property was fantastic and many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Both units are decorated really nicely. The beds were super comfortable which is always a plus. It worked out really well for our family/friends vacation due to the house having two units. We will definitely stay again.

Negative: The upstairs unit could use a new slightly larger sink.

Summary: Great property in Santa Rosa providing a great central spot to enjoy all of wine country.

Positive: The loft was great. Very spacious, all equipped with good AC, hot showers, kitchen appliances, TV with streaming and good WIFI. The rooms were also very spacious and and the beds really comfy. The host left everything really clean, organized and even some complimentary beverages which was very thoughtful. The instructions to get in and out were very clear, they have a good parking spot and the property is only a few minutes walk to downtown. Would definitely recommend this property!

Negative: There were no plugs right next to beds to use our CEPAPS. But luckily the cords were long enough to reach all the way to the nearest plug. That was not an major issue, but the info can be helpful if you plan on staying there.

Summary: Excellent! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!
