Negative: Amenities could be improved eg - no hot water and no shower curtain, so water sprayed everywhere. Whilst a kettle was provided, no bottled water, coffee or tea sachets were supplied.

Summary: Great location and with a few tweaks could take it to another level.

Positive: Excellent beach front and a short walk into town. Josh the barman and the lady working the bar and restaurant were very attentive. Food was hit and miss. A little over priced compared to others. But overall a good stay

Negative: Sand fleas. Reception could be a little more welcoming.

Positive: The property was a great location and right on the beach. The room was perfect, and the breakfast pancakes even better! Wifi worked somewhat which is better than none. Bed and AC were great! The pancakes for breakfast is in particular are the best we have ever had!!!!

Negative: The staff were very unwelcoming and didn’t share the wifi, I had to ask (twice) or greet us warmly when we came. No smiles, only offered 1600 php each for making reservation for a shared boat to underground river whereas actually price was much cheaper when we went ourselves. I tried being very smiley and kind but they didnt seem to engage with that.

Summary: Good breakfast and a place to stay, not a place to feel welcome.
