Summary: The breakfast is good. Not fantastic, but more than sufficient. But the view from the outside tables makes it excellent. We couldn’t get enough of it. Service is absolutely excellent. You get a feeling they’re genuinely respectful and friendly, and really can’t do enough for you. It’s not so much in other places. We’re in El Nido now, and it is definitely not the same. The area is also less touristy than El Nido. It’s a small village just a couple hundred meters from the hotel, with mom and pop restaurants who serve cheap and very good local cuisine. Try the pork sisig. It’s amazing. It’s also highly recommended to go there and buy beer or wine to enjoy on the beach or your room instead of at the hotel. It’s less than half the price, and better selection. The pool is amazing. If I should find something to complain about, it would be it’s a bit too hot and not deep enough. But that doesn’t matter. The ocean is perfect if you need to cool down. The Underground River is mesmerizing. Absolutely worth the money! All in all; you get a lot for your money, less people and more authentic than El Nido. I can highly recommend this place. Worth knowing: it’s at a dead end, so if you want to go to El Nido, you will have to backtrack 45 mins and change van at Salvacion. We paid 1300 PHP per person, but you can get private transportation for 10-21.000 PHP. Don’t book at the hotel! They take 21k, but our hotel in El Nido offered it for 11,5k for two persons.

Summary: The rooms are updated and cleaned daily. Robes are available as well as toiletries. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bedding was ideal ! The staff were welcoming and always willing to help you with any questions or needs. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and specialty coffees were included. We loved our morning Americanos! The pool was perfect! The small village next to the resort offered a taste of the true Philippine culture!

Summary: Great place 90min from PPS airport through lovely terrain (drive like a tour!). Amazing long pool (80 strokes to pool bar but more pool on other side, where jacuzzis x3 are). Whitish sandy beach is stunning. Had a room facing pool so could walk a few steps and jump right in. Only downside is male sauna under repair so you had to prebook and use female one, gym v small and only restaurant very slow service….but friendly at least. Underground river is great (tour starts 100m to left of resort beach, plus you could book there much cheaper!). I did a snorkeling trip to Ulugsm bay, swam with one turtle and saw 3 giant clams otherwise not amazing so perhaps Honda is way to go?).
