Summary: A friend and I had a girls stay and this was the perfect, quiet getaway. I thought it was the perfect size for two, maybe even three. The location was a little out-of-the-way but that's what we were looking for. You could hear the brook from anywhere on the property, even in the house with the screen doors and windows open. The only down thing I can say is there was a lot of items sitting out which didn't allow much room for the food that we brought along. If you're going to be cooking while there, make sure to bring all your own spices. I would definitely book again.

Summary: We've enjoyed Hightower Cottage numerous times because of its peaceful setting. The house is very comfortable and we love the front and back porch to relax and listen to the creek.
