Positive: Clean and tidy property

Negative: The property was at the top of a hill which was not mentioned in the description, and one of our group had trouble getting up it. Arrived at night when it was pitch black and had trouble locating the property as the cottages all had numbers and we were not given one in the booking. Also on the last day we woke up to no cold water coming out of the taps or any water to the toilet so wasn’t able to use this. The property has not responded back to us regarding this

Negative: Pre booking info advised pets were not allowed which is in part why we booked this cottage, however there were significant ammounts of white pet hair on cushions/ throws etc
