Positive: Location perfect. Gorgeous outlook. ( hill into town) Very well equipped with nothing lacking for a self catering stay. Refurbished to a very high standard. Excellent communication from hosts and a wonderfully warm welcome from themselves and the staff downstairs. Smart TV available. Great breakfast downstairs with a fantastic discount.

Negative: Automatic bathroom light a bit too bright for nighttime. ( small negative)

Positive: A beautiful apartment with amazing views. Spotlessly clean and welcoming. And dog friendly too. Had a lovely fry up from mulberry downstairs for half price and it was perfect.

Negative: The side steps are a little steep if you have mobility problems. Apartment was hot with the underfloor heating. But they did say we could call and they would explain how to switch it off. Only slight niggle was the lack of toiletries Luckily I always pack some.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The décor is beautiful and everything you could need is provided, making it feel like a real home from home. The absolute highlight is the view – looking out over the viaduct was so peaceful and relaxing, whether in the morning with a coffee or winding down in the evening. It really gave the place something special and made our stay memorable. The location was ideal as a base for exploring the area. We were close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet the apartment itself felt calm and quiet when we returned after busy days out.

Positive: The view is incredible and the balcony was perfect, even the lighting on the balcony was perfect for reading in the evening. We loved the fact that we could order food from the cafe downstairs to have delivered to our room... and it was 50% off! We are going to book again in a couple of months.

Negative: The only issue we had was that the heating and hot water weren't working but Alex organised for someone to fix it and it was sorted the same day.

Summary: We wanted a few days of complete relaxation and that was exactly what we got.

Positive: It was the cleanest, most aesthetic yet practical apartment and the interior was amazing and cosy! We had to cut our trip short due to a medical emergency but Alex personally drove us to the hospital and showed so much care and kindness. Not only was the place spot on and one I would recommend to everyone, the host was extremely kind and made us believe even more in the goodness of people.
