Summary: Clean room and comfortable bed. AC unit old and hard to know how to control. Furniture was dated. Outdoor lighting needs to be improved for safety walking to and from car at dark was almost treacherous - there were stones and steps and no sidewalk around to the entrance. There was a motion light that came on very late in the process. Also very hard to find the entrance to the driveway off of the main road.

Summary: Very helpful when I miss booked dates. Room was fine, comfortable, clean. "fireplace" was a plug in that did not work; shower door was off track. But it was also billed as a B and B. Turned out that the breakfast was a 14 min drive into Bar Harbor. And all the hosting was remote. Feel that using B and B as a descriptor is misleading.

Summary: The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very helpful with questions and everything we needed was provided. Nearby are some great restaurants on the way in to Bar Harbor. If you want to be in the thick of all things Bar Harbor though, you may want to book a place closer to the actual town. It’s not a long drive to get there from this property though.

Summary: Not enough hot water to fill up spa tub- not even enough to cover jets. Could hear others walking and talking in rooms above and adjacent, road noise, very outdated and mismatched furnishings. Breakfast is provided at cafe in town and was excellent.

Summary: Wonderful old house renovated to a beautiful inn. My bathroom was bigger then my living room at home! The hot tub was excellent. The only thing I noticed was that the hot water got a little less hot as I ran the hot tub, but after turning it off for just a couple minutes, it'd run nice and hot again. Nice place!
