Summary: The people at Acadia were simply the best. Kind, courteous and helpful are the top 3 words that come to mind, but there are many others that could be used to describe the excellent service. The inn is situated at the head of a small bay and the beach and rocks are a pleasure to walk or just sit and enjoy he view. We highly recommend the his quiet, quaint and quality place to visit.

Summary: Charming host and inn. We loved our ocean view and falling asleep to the sound of waves. The property is so well set up and the host was very knowledgeable and helpful with tips for enjoying the area.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the ocean. We didn’t wake up early enough to look for moose but did see the deer when we arrived. Away from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor.

Summary: Ben does a phenomenal job running this bed and breakfast. Not only did he give us ample ideas of local attractions like trails, the winery, and the bell forge, but also he even maintains 2 trails on his own property and it has a private sand beach! Breakfast was delicious every day. We will definitely come back here if we can

Summary: Unique historic in with numerous buildings with 100 acre property and sandy beach on property. Ben the owner greeted us and described all the interesting features on the property. He also cooks an outstanding breakfast before to set out to tour all the areas within a short drive. Highly recommended you stay here.
