Positive: We stayed here twice, in October and November, the room was warm and comfortable, the showers were hot and the breakfast was delicious. Lovely location by Lake Sevan and the staff are really nice and friendly. It's a motel style hotel so we could park our car right outside.

Positive: Walking distance to Lake Sevan (5 minutes) and the city (15-20 minutes). Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were also nice. Spacious room with view of the lake and the property has a little petting zoo with the animals running free on as well. It’s quiet even though it’s along the highway.

Negative: Nothing really.

Positive: The property was good. Bunnies roam the property and we’re very cute. Lots of animals to look at and they are well taken care of. The overall property was very clean and well taken care off. With small outdoor bungalows which they served food at. Overall the property was amazing and filled with lovely animals. The staff is amazing and sweet, they work very hard. Every meal was great and the customer service was a 10/10!!
