Positive: What a gem of a place to stay. Spotlessly clean. Nicely decorated. Comfy bed. Power sockets near bed. Great towels. Good heating. Awesome goodie basket with breakfast items and biscuits. Milk, juice and tea/coffee provided. Fresh flowers. Small games cupboard. Everything had been thought of. Felt like a real home from home. Owners couldn't be more helpful.

Negative: No bath (but we weren't expecting one in a small studio apartment).

Positive: All of it. Quiet, cosy, clean. Kelly and Simon are lovely hosts and very helpful with recommendations and any local information we were looking for. There was a lovely welcome back waiting for us which was so kind and set us up for breakfast the next morning, along with a lovely, fresh, bunch of flowers. We both slept so well there. Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Hayling hideaway. :)
