Summary: My stay at Hawthorne was great. I have no complaints. The location is outstanding walking distance to almost everything so no need to pay for parking. I'm working in the area and would have stayed an additional month BUT someone booked before I was made aware by my job that I would be extended so I had to find other accommodations. The only negative...NO WASHER and DRYER

Summary: I HAVE ENJOYED EVERY PROPERTY MANAGED BY MONTEREY BAY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT; HOWEVER, THIS IS MY FAVORITE! THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENT TO WALKING THE COASTAL TRAIL, BROWSING ON CANNERY ROW OR STROLLING FISHERMAN'S WHRF. THE VIEWS FROM THE SPACIOUS SECOND FLOOR BEDROOM ARE PANORAMIC AND SPECTACULAR! THE TOWNHOUSE STYLE UNIT IS EQUIPPED WITH ALL YOU NEED FOR A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I CAN RETURN!

Summary: We liked Hawthorne 901A. It did not suit our needs but we adjusted and enjoyed our stay. For instance, we are seniors and had difficulty with the stairs, the tub was difficult getting in and out, the refrigerator is old and did not freeze adequately (ice cream stayed soft), and the kitchen was small and not enough counter space. However, the positives are easy parking, access to street, walking distance to First Awakenings, and great views, especially from upstairs. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Monterey. Looking forward to our next visit.

Summary: I have been renting from Monterey Bay Property Management for over 10 years and find they have the nicest and most well maintained properties on the Peninsula! This particular property does not disappoint in either of those two categories. It also has wonderful Bay views and is convenient to everything. One can walk to the Wharf or to Lover's Point on the beautiful Coastal Trail. This property has been recently remodeled with lovely new floors and furniture. Dealing with Kyle is a pleasure and should any issues arise he is right on top of it by sending very talented personnel who address the issues immediately. Dealing with MBPM is the Best way to find your 'home away from home'. I look forward to my next visit at this property!

Summary: Wonderful home, well appointed, great location near restaurants and markets, responsive management. The only shortcomings were a small kitchen, no dishwasher, ice maker is not hooked up for auto-making, washing machine was accessed by the carport and shared with 2 other tenants. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Being this is my 4th stay at 901 Hawthorne #A it can be understood that I love this property! The master suite is so spacious and has fabulous ocean views. The first floor living room is warm and cozy with a fireplace, and again those wonderful ocean views. The location is excellent and one can walk to Fishermans's Wharf, Cannery Row, or in the opposite direction to the picturesque Lover's Point. The property is just lovely and in the event that any issues should arise, Kyle is right on top of everything by sending professional personnel to deal with your requests. Dealing with Monterey Bay Property Management is a pleasure. They will help you find your 'home away from home'.
