Positive: The house has been completely renovated, including brand-new appliances and updated bathrooms. Plenty of hot water and the kitchen had a good supply of utensils and plates. The furniture is also new and sturdy, but probably from one of those outlet furniture places.

Negative: Finding the driveway is very challenging, and I’m glad I arrived before dark. Since we had 3 cars, we had to back into the driveway, which was downhill and a little rough. I’m glad I had a jeep. There’s no dishwasher. Although it’s close to town, it’s not walkable, as it faces the busy main road.

Summary: Not chic, but sturdy and clean and does the job.

Positive: The house is spacious and very clean. Recently renovated, with all new furnishings. Nice outdoor patio. The owner was very quick to respond when the heat was not working, and a plumber showed up to fix it within 15 minutes.

Negative: The private parking was nice in the back, just tough to navigate walking on the gravel in the dark.

Summary: Comfortable updated home in a great location.
