Positive: This place was absolutely charming! full of fresh air with a country atmosphere everything was beautiful, the views, the pool & there were so many activities! The proprietor Eleanor was informative, helpful , super friendly & accommodating to all our needs, she really went above & beyond to make our stay there comfortable & fun. We will definitely be looking forward to returning next year!

Positive: The grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed having a poolside room. Lots for my children to do.

Negative: I checked in on a Thursday late afternoon. Friday morning at 8:30 am housekeeping knocked on my door once and opened my door to come in while I was sleeping in my underwear. Thanks goodness I had a chair blocking the door which startled housekeeper and myself. I screamed as I was traveling alone and was petrified that as early as 8:35 in the Morning I was being awoken from a restful sleep that I needed after driving all day Thursday. I was exhausted all day with my children after being woken up. Housekeeping needs to come later than 8:35 am and not unlock and walk into someone’s room especially if I only just checked in the night prior.

Summary: Wonderful stay minus housekeeping early morning.
