Positive: Lovely spotlessly clean, warm and cosy and beautifully decorated in Woburn. Adam our host was very friendly and helpful. Woburn itself is a lovely place with lots of interesting shops and an excellent Italian restaurant.

Positive: So friendly, calm & tranquil place from greeting at the door with tips & guidance of local drinks & eateries to a boiled egg & coffee in the morning. Cracking spot got to be the go to Oasis of Woburn with Adam our host.

Negative: The whole event, from initial arrival til breakfast feast. Really hit the button.

Summary: The stay was too short to savour the location, my advice would be not to rush & enjoy the place.

Positive: Great location for town centre, very good choices for breakfast. Adam made us feel very welcome.

Negative: The bed in our room was comfortable but very squeaky…😜 The en-suite shower was very small inside, any slightly larger person would have struggled to move or wash themselves.
