Negative: We booked for 3 adults and a dog but was told after booking through your website we were unable to take dog so had to leave my daughter and dog at home so paid for 2 rooms with 3 people so very expensive

Positive: Good location for us, nice quiet hotel and staff were very accommodating when we asked for 3 rooms close together. Great gastro pub just accros the road.

Negative: There were no plug or USB sockets next to the bed for charging phones (room 47) and bathroom design was not great with toilet very close to wall and radiator - making it very uncomfortable.

Negative: Mattress doesn't quite fit the bed frame, so it makes it painful to get on and off the bed, and a cushion needs to be stuffed down the headboard before placing your pillows. It's not clear enough on Booking.com that there is no restaurant on a Sunday! Very disappointing. The handrails on the stairs are very short, so for anyone with mobility issues or needs stability to use the handrail like myself, it proves difficult. A lot of money for a room with no air con and very, very creaky floors

Positive: We only did a one night stay, arriving later and leaving very early so didn't take advantage of any restaurant/bar facilities. However, the check in process was easy and we received a very warm welcome. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Although we didn't take advantage of the outside, the areas were really attractive and well looked after. The location was perfect for our purpose with only a short stroll to the station in the morning. Excellent value for money, especially as it was Silverstone weekend. We would certainly book again if appropriate for travelling within the area.
