Positive: We had an amazing stay at Heaven Resort Bhurban! The views were absolutely stunning, and there was so much open space for the kids to run around and play. It felt like the perfect spot for a family getaway. We had a great time enjoying a barbecue, and the rooms were super clean and comfortable—just right for a big family gathering. Definitely a place we’d love to visit again!

Positive: The property is nice, its new and clean. Furniture and setup is good but it was not propelry setup or maintained. Food was good but not presented on time.

Negative: staff was not trained at all, zero efficiency, zero professionalism, no responsibility of guests.... food not presented on time. no proper check in or check out system. There was supposed to be a tv lounge sitting room in the center but the furniture was not well setup, unorganized, it seemed as if they have just dumped the furniture. Food was served after 2 hours of ordering. in the evening all staff was gone out in their car god knows where... and no body was there to attend us. soon it was maghrib time and all lights went out because there was no staff to turn them on. we called them and asked for dinner, and they said sorry we cant cook, we are out let us know what u want and we will bring from bazaar!!! although when we checked in they gave us proper menu and told us u can order anything u want to eat we cook everyhting ousrleves in the kithcen.... in the morning also he said u can order breakfast anytime u want.... we ordered at 8 am but they served it at 10: 30 saying that sorry we were out of groceries!!!!! at the time of check out we were asked to leave the room at 12 pm because some other guests needed to check in. we were asked to wait in lounge, but the lounge was already occupied with so many men and their own staff members. we werent given any space to wait till our departure which was at 4 pm. me and my family was here and there sometimes on the terraces sometimes in the lobby with all our luggage just to find a place to sit or stay. very bad experience.
