Positive: The location was great, away from the crowd and noise. The rooms were spacious and had all basic facilities, the cottages were clean, including bedrooms and toilets. Basic amenities were provided. The staff at the facility was helpful and friendly. The host was gracious and did not charge us for the dinner on first night.

Negative: The pictures at the time of booking were misleading, the pictures showed dining table and ironing facilities were part of the cottage, whereas they were not. We had to go down for ironing in a common space. Helpful to provide electric kettle and microwave in the cottage. In my opinion, these cottages are overly priced. Facility management needs to ensure privacy, the windows in living room face terrace and a balcony, in evening there were other families using those spaces, which did not offer privacy with window blinds pulled up. It will be good for if facility management can think of using beautiful local foliage/plants to use for privacy (side partition) and ensure all guests get to enjoy their spaces and have best value for the money.

Summary: It was pleasant stay, with some upgrades, the cottages could be a great stay.

Positive: A quaint, clean and comfortable accommodation, equipped with all necessary amenities for a relaxing family weekend getaway. Thoughtfully furnished and well maintained with trained staff for kitchen and housekeeping services. The outdoor seating nestled by a Weeping Willow is delightful!

Negative: Shower curtains in the bathrooms would be a useful addition.

Positive: Very nicely maintained place. Well thought off and smaller details all cared for. Professional staff. Good service and decent food. Nice terraces with great views. Access road is a nightmare though. Something needs to be done to fix that. Also a signboard of the place should be at the turnoff point on Murree Bhurban road.

Positive: I booked a Two bedroom suite including a lounge space with a private terrace. The best thing was it was super clean with nice decorative to make space homely. We ordered BBQ and chicken karahi for late dinner around 10.30. The food was super super good. Another great point was that their staff was super nice, accommodating and always there. All facilities like the internet etc was available. The surrounding environment was very nice and they had good security with guards and all. Everything was super perfect. Would really recommend this place especially if you are with a family.
