Positive: Hotel owner is very friendly. He offers to upgrade our room with no extra charge and provides good information on where we should visit in Kenting. They suggested we visit the beach and even us bath towels to bring with us to clean ourselves. We changed our itinerary to visit the aquarium with their advice and are thankful that we followed them as our kids had a great time there. We had a great stay at the hotel.

Positive: Family run place with very lovely and helpful owners. The location is great, the beach is right in front, just a road in between, which is not busy and quieter than I expected. Also restaurants, the night market and so on are very close. The room was big and well equipped. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were friendly.
Negative: Some maintenance is needed, e. g. AC had a very damp smell, so I barely used it.

Positive: Superb location - 2 minutes to the beautiful big bay, main street & night market, bus stop. Helpful, attentive owner. Lovely room, spotlessly clean, beach towels provided.
Negative: Having to leave - wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Positive: Love everything about this hotel. Across from the beach. Huge room, great shower, comfortable bed. Has elevator so very helpful with suitcases. 2-min walk to the night market. And because it was not on the main strip, it was nice and quiet. Got breakfast coupon to grab breakfast nearby. Owner and staff were super helpful and friendly. Just sad that we only stayed one night. Would have stayed longer if we knew how great this place is.

Positive: Location was perfect, right in front of Dawan beach (no swimming) and a ten minute walk from Xiaowan beach (swimming, lounge chairs, bar). The room and hotel are excellent for their value. The star of this property is the service — The hosts were so incredibly helpful and went out of their way to explain local geography, help me with bags, make me coffee, and supply me with extra water and towels. They even took time to show me how to use their basement washing machine and supplied me with clothing racks so I could air dry items I didn't want to machine dry. I hope to come back to Kenting someday, and I will surely stay here again.
