Positive: Very good location, walk distance to Tsugaike ski resort. Shared kitchen to cook something easy for myself. And a big living room to rest. The only-one grocery store in town is around the corner.

Positive: The location is excellent if you want to ski at Tsugaike Kogen ski resort. Host is super helpful. The house is also very clean. Breakfast is nice and thoughtful, they change the menu everyday.

Negative: Nothing really. This place is excellent for solo or couple travelers.

Summary: Definitely will return if I ever ski at Tsugaike again!

Positive: This accommodation is highly recommended for solo travelers. Its location is just steps away from the ski lift and main transport stops (JamJam Bus, V2 Bus for the Hakuba shuttle). It’s also right across from a convenience store, with rental shops and everything else within walking distance! My room was on the first floor, which was even better since I didn’t have to carry all my luggage upstairs. The staff were nice and friendly, even though the host wasn’t fluent in English. My Hakuba trip was absolutely amazing!

Positive: Large space house. Quiet. Larger beds than those in the city. Even shared kitchen, dining, shower, toilets, we didnt mind. They are clean, comfortable, perfect for skiing week. Might be a good bargain if you travel in group of three or four, sharing a room. Staf was friendly, speaking little english. Even he took us to closest train station, when it was no Taxi and buses at all (plan your trip !) And yeah the restaurant serves very good warm dishes after skiing.
