Positive: Location - halfway between Bolams/Sainsburys and the village centre. Walkable in 5 mins. Plenty of free parking. TV has loads of apps to enable watching programmes.

Negative: The pathway from the parking area to the door is full of mud and leaves. Shame the residents don't clean it up. There is no loo brush in the appt and owner is aware. The whole of the appt floor creaks as you walk, causing disturbance to anyone sleeping. The bed settee is very uncomfortable for both sleeping and sitting on - needs urgent replacement IMHO.

Positive: The host provided great comms about the property before I arrived including useful info about the car park. Great location, with a bus stop close by, so easy access into the middle of Sedgefield (although it's not too far to walk). Property is on the first floor so need to climb stairs.

Negative: Liked everything. But worth noting there is no terrestrial TV. Lots of iplayer and other apps, so can watch on demand and movies, but no terrestrial channels. (We spent some time looking.) The bed is a double. It was lovely, but smaller than the one we are used to sleeping in.

Positive: Excellent place to stay. Extremely comfortable and clean , close to centre of Sedgfield . Very convienient for Sedgefield racecourse, which was the main reason for our visit to the area. The accommodation is Situated in a quiet location with ample parking.Plenty of information on how things worked and check in details from host. A very nice touch was a message from host asking if we had enjoyed our stay on our last night.

Positive: Perfect for two on business with everything working. Quiet area so a good nights sleep. Great also that there was a double bedroom completely separate with very neat walk through shower and sink area.

Negative: No real problems at all, creaky floor boards but that is being rather fussy.
