Summary: Very enjoyable stay, food was excellent.

Summary: Strange smell in the rooms, a little musty which never cleared (multiple rooms). Had to leave early morning so missed breakfast which was a shame. Dinner portions were hearty and tasty. It's in the middle of nowhere so own transportation required, good if needing an overnight stop or if you're happy to drive each day to see/explore.

Summary: All services provided were of a good standard. The choice of food on site in the evening is amazing - large portions. Staff were helpful.

Summary: Lovely, comfortable hotel with excellent dining. Helpful, friendly staff. Delicious good value meals including breakfast. Only drawback is steep stairs to rooms and no lift (but don't let that put you off - just be aware). Plenty of parking. A 20 minute drive to the Kynren show. I have stayed here twice (to see the Kynren show) and highly recommend it.

Summary: The staff were absolutely lovely here, in every area; bar, kitchen, cleaners; everyone we interacted with were just a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast was great and really good value with great, friendly service. We also ate an evening meal there; portions were huge and great choice. Rooms were comfortable and perfect for a couple of nights. I would definitely return and would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone. And if I wasn’t clear at the beginning, the staff are fantastic; a real asset to the business!

Summary: Overnight stay on way from Scotland to England. Stayed here before so knew what to expect. Only criticism is no gluten free bread or dairy free spread for breakfast toast. They do have a gluten free menu. We took our own bread and spread and gave bread to another guest who was extremely grateful.
