Summary: Hotel is very clean and most of the staff are very friendly, especially the young blonde girl with glasses and always in a black blouse. Meals are very large, if not a big eater ask if they do smaller portions. Ideal location for exploring the North East. Only downside I had was other quests not considerate of others late at night letting their doors slam shut.

Summary: Staff are always lovely and food is amazing! I stay here for work as often as possible. Rooms are basic but very clean and pleasant and reasonably priced. Only negative is that the bar closes at 9pm and there are no shops locally that ive found in walking distance which is not the fault of the hotel but a little inconvenient if you forget something or want a cold drink before bed
