Summary: Charging facility for mobile device was not provided in the room or even when requested. Such service is very popular and commonly available in most hotels in the world. It does not match with a 4 stars hotel in my opinion.

Summary: Loved this hotel for their excellent service by everyone, convenience and how spacious the room was! All the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the metro station and has a lot of buses nearby for easy transportation. Hong Kong is known for its small rooms, but this hotel is pretty spacious compared to a lot of other ones. There are also a lot of dining options nearby!

Summary: This is our 2nd times to stay in this hotel. They are good location, good service, staffs friendly. It will be perfect if hotel can increase more shuttle bus service to stop at Whampoa Garden.

Summary: Have stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. It’s the best stay I had in Hong Kong. With reasonable price, I had an exceptional and excellent experience stay at the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, house keeping staff are nice, they greeted me whenever I go out . The swimming pool has a just also great! A bit far away from the nearest mtr station, but many buses to access Hong hom station or Hong Kong island and the bus stop is just right in front of the hotel. I do have a pleasant and definitely will choose this hotel again if I need to stay in Hong Kong again. Thanks Harbour plaza 8 degrees hotel.
