It is right off of Hwy 1 and within walking distance to the downtown Main Street, Embarcadero, Morro Strand Beach, and the Rock. The Central Coast is home to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Cayucos, Pismo Beach, Paso Robles, Cambria, San Simeon, and so much more. The Morro Bay Harbor has many restaurants, wine tasting, shops, kayaking, whale watching tours, surfing, wildlife exploration, museums and all are within easy access from this home. This home is a duplex with a separate and private entry. Both are private and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest room has a queen size bed, and then there is a roll-a-way twin bed with a brand new memory foam mattress. There is a full size kitchen with includes all of the amenities needed for cooking most any meal. Parking is free and off the street in the driveway. We have cable tv, and high speed internet wifi.

Summary: Great communication with owner. Nice little house that is the top part of house private entrance. Lockbox was a little hard to open. There are some areas that could use some dusting and cleaning. Also know that there is not a dishwasher. It is also convenient to main areas shops and restaurants in Morro Bay! I would recommend for short stays.

Summary: The home is in central location in Morro Bay. Proximity to the Embarcadero and Downtown is convenient a five minute drive, 12 minute bike ride or leisurely 20 minute walk. The home is clean, comfortable and has all items needed for a relaxing stay. Kitchen has tools to prep and prepare meals. We both slept well on the beds. Thank you to the owner for prompt communication as well as a very cozy home.

Summary: Location was great. Right off the freeway and close to downtown. The house was as described and commination to/from the owner was very easy! I would definitely stay there again.
