Positive: Grounds ere well kept. Staff were friendly & helpful. The shuttle was a life saver and the driver was very accommodating. The unit wasn’t as updated as I’d normally prefer, but it was spacious, clean, and made for a comfortable stay. The included beach chairs & umbrella really helped out during the beach days. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: Not enough convenient drawers for clothing in my unit.

Summary: No better stay in Hanalei!

Positive: Location is fantastic if you love the ocean, shuttle service is very convenient and the restaurant next doors is very friendly. Great bbq area.

Negative: It’s a bit dated, could do with a dash of paint here and there.

Positive: Breakfast was not included. There was a full kitchen, however, so we made our own. The location was beautiful and off the beaten path. Just what we were looking for for low-key relaxation.

Positive: Our room was right on the ocean - with a view of the misty mountains as well - what a spot! A beautiful place to unplug.

Negative: A long drive from the rest of Kauai, due to the limited road access etc.

Positive: Location was away from noise but next door to great snorkeling beach. The resort had a shuttle that would take you anywhere in Hanalei. This resort did not charge excessive fees like so many other places on Kauai.

Negative: The staff should have opened the windows a few hours before we arrived. I told them twice what time we were arriving. The room was 90 degrees F when we arrived. It did not cool off until midnight. There is no air conditioner. The resort website cancellation policy was incorrect which is why I booked through Booking.Com

Positive: A lovely location, a great room ,comfortable and spacious with all you need . We appreciated the shuttle to town for dinner and to the beach where parking was impossible. Proximity to Tunnel beach was great, beautiful spot. Handy to have a coffee place and restaurant next door. The new pool is great. Appreciated the recycling bins.

Negative: There was no housekeeping, but we didn't mind that actually , easy enough to tidy up ourselves. One shower was so tiny I could only just fit in, the other bathroom was fine. Two bathrooms was great!
