Summary: Wonderful place for a peaceful getaway. They only have 12 rooms and it’s a great stay. Staff knew all the guests and made us feel like family.

Summary: Nice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas. Bring your best earplugs. Breakfast is decent, service can be slow. Tiny outdoor pool and two nice hot tubs. Maintenance is hit and miss: rooms are relatively clean, but you'll find cobwebs and dirty windows in the restaurant. So on balance: a bit overpriced.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful. Perfect luxury with the importance in the details that counts. Interior design is fabulous and the food is delicious. Intimate but warm. And the attention is great. Specially Raiv who really made us felt at home. We would love to come back and want to recommend it as a top 🔝 choice !
