Summary: Customer Service was great! Alejandra at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Location is ideal grocery stores and coffee shops near by. (15 minutes from Pismo Beach)Would of rated 5 stars but our AC broke down at 3am. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This is a fairly new hotel, very updated and modern. It was comfortable and the room was cleaned more than I expected in this new hotel culture, which was very appreciated. The breakfast was very ordinary, included, boring food, but it filled us each morning. It was abundant and kept well stocked. My only complaint was their policy of only having free bottled water for gold members. I’m not a gold member so therefore their policy denied me the bottled water, even though I was paying between $250-300 a night for my five night stay. It costs them about $.25 a bottle for the water. Because I was persistent, the front desk clerk gave me two bottles for my entire stay. What’s happened to the day when free bottled water was in your room when you checked in? Other than that, our stay was very pleasant and most of the staff very friendly.
