Positive: Very nice hotel with many shops and restaurants near it in the mall. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room and bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast with many options to choose from.

Negative: There should not be a fee for parking. This feels like what the airlines do to make a few extra dollars. Build it into the room pricing.

Negative: Issues with card key for both room and entrance to parking garage Water pressure for bath and shower very poor. Took 20 minutes or more to fill tub and it wasn’t even a large or deep tub
