Positive: Great clean rooms, comfy beds, beautiful lobby, smooth experience

Negative: The front desk staff are not rude per se, but nobody made me feel welcome. Nobody said hi first, smiled or offered/explained anything about the hotel - not up or arrival, nor during stay. I also mentioned how this was my anniversary trip - 0 acknowledgement during my interactions with them. They also got confused when I asked the about EV chargers. Moreover, I specifically inquired about those, and they never bothered to say that those are Tesla only, not NACS

Negative: We are international travellers. In my case there was some bank issue with credit cards hence all my cards were not operational. Requested for accepting cash to attend the issue next day morning. But hotel doesn’t have provision for cash for such emergency. From 22.00 hrs till 1.30 hrs I was stuck at the check in till I woke up a friend of mine in USA at night to get his card charged for my stay. Hotel staff were very sweet to me but helpless due to the rules.
