Summary: We travel a lot and have become quite particular when considering hotel reservations. Hampton Inn, Boise was very clean, quiet and the staff were especially great. The only downfall is the tight parking garage; however, on the other hand, it was nice to have the additional security for our vehicle. This is a solid option in the Boise area, fair history of ratings and cost comparable to others in its category.

Summary: We had a great two night stay here. Check in was super easy and the front desk employees were nice. Our favorite thing was the pool, its made more as a kid environment so we were able to take our grandbabies swimming and it stays open until late.

Summary: Great place to stay downtown Boise. Within walking distance to most things. Clean and quiet place with attached parking. Even if you have to pay for the parking.

Summary: Hot water wasn’t working first night and the hotel staff not only had it going again promptly, they comp’d our first night. Above and beyond expectations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family

Summary: well we had changed our reservation a week before our trip and had paid for it in full but the change was never sent to the hotel so it caused a lot of trouble at checkin. The hotel staff was amazing and was able to fix it for us and give us what we needed. The room was a King siite with a hide-a-bed in the couch. This worked well untill bed time. But we made it work with my adult son who is in a wheelchair
