Positive: Great hotel, possibly one of the cleanest I've seen. Very comfortable beds, lots of pillows, thermostat was on point, clean bathroom with ample towels, accurate water temperature, the staff was very friendly with dining recommendations, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. The pool area was nice although the water wasn't super warm and there was a stain around the edge, it happens. We were very pleased and will be back.

Positive: Friendly staff. Very clean facility. Easy check in and out.

Negative: The breakfast offered was not good. Everything I tried, I couldn’t eat it. Very low quality food. I ended up eating somewhere else after we checked out.

Positive: I believe her name is Evette was very helpful when we needed to change rooms because of lack of heat.

Negative: My husband who does not normally complain about being cold like I do even noticed how cool is was in the hallways. Consider adding bananas or mandarin oranges for a easy to eat and healthy breakfast option.

Summary: Just OK--If the heat would have worked, I would definitely have rated it higher.
