Summary: The hotel is very clean. The pool is freezing and was disappointing especially with toddlers who were too cold to swim. The cleaning & breakfast staff were very nice. 🚩Be careful on what they are charging you during check in for your deposit. I was told the total with deposit. They held the room charge, deposit, plus an additional $75 and no one can give me a clear answer on why they held that much. The first pending charge is $75 over what they told me & after checking out I have another pending charge of $45. Even though they keep saying it's a pending charge and will fall off, it sucks to have money tied up that you weren't planning on using.

Summary: Nice place, clean, excellent breakfast. The hotel should not claim its pet friendly, charging an extra $50 is not pet friendly. That's crap.

Summary: Very clean, accommodating and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints. I CANNOT say that about the nearby hotels. I travel frequently to this area and recommend this hotel over any in the area. Definitely my spot for future stays. Our front desk gentleman was THE BEST!!!

Summary: Gary checked us in, very pleasant and welcoming. Everything is always easy and predictable, that’s why we keep coming back several times a year and our family. Excellent breakfast!
