Positive: The staff was fabulous, especially Jennifer!! She was the highlight of my trip! She was friendly, helpful, and smiling! Great customer service person to have, especially at the front desk!! Also, a tall, older gentleman was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was great! There were plenty of charging spots for our phones and tablets!

Negative: The space needs updating. The breakfast dining area was small and tight, with only 4 tables. My room seemed pretty cramped for a handicapped room. I had some difficulty maneuvering my walker. The bathroom was also a tight fit, but had bars and a seat for the tub. My room was noisy being across from the laundry. I usually go to sleep by 8:30. Laundry stopped at 10.

Negative: Toilet didn’t flush, I’m a retired plumber, so I know the to to flush. Room next to us had TV up to maximum volume until 7am, not cool. Bed & pillows, VERY uncomfortable. We stayed at this hotel last year and Everything was great…so🤔

Positive: Great location, nice room. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We would go back again if the construction wasn't so bad in this direction

Negative: Breakfast wasn't great, but we ate out at a nice restaurant not far from the hotel. I never really care for continental. The construction north of the hotel was so bad we went a different direction the next time. It added 2 hours to our drive. We Avoided any city areas on way home..
