Positive: I liked the room with the view of the mountains and how peaceful it was . The room was clean . The staff is professional and helpful . The breakfast was good too . Complimentary drinks in the fridge very very appreciated.

Positive: Its a truly unique experience because its a western style Ryokan. Rooms are really clean and spacious, onsen is beautiful and the water quality is really great! The food is one of the best in the ryokans we have stayed, with impeccable service!

Positive: The room was great, big and had a blooming sakura tree outside the window. Dinner was delicious. Outdoor onsen awesome.

Negative: It was odd, check out time was 11am but while I was taking a shower at 10am, the cleaning staff knocked on the door and then proceeded to try and open the door, and kept trying. It felt very invasive and I had to yell out that someone was still in the room. This lowered my rating. The front desk staff was great however.

Positive: Very gorgeous accomodation. Love the fireplace in the reception. So cozy. Onsen was also beautiful. I highly recommend the outdoor one. So serene.

Negative: The room was too warm. I didn’t know I could turn the AC off until next morning.

Positive: Great location, beautiful property, great service and wonderful staff. The in-house hot spring was great, too. We celebrated our husbands’ big birthday there. The restaurant prepared a special birthday cake for them!
