Positive: Pretty good overall a nice historic place in a great part of Leeds

Negative: An old building which has great character but rooms need some refurb to improve the quality. Breakfast ok but lots of tinned items and not too much fresh and a bit like a canteen but included in the price. Would be nice to see cooked to order - would be happy to pay extra for this

Positive: The location and price was great, and the staff were really friendly. The check-in and check-out process were really easy as well, and just overall a great stay for a one-night work trip. It's also an adorable building, really vintage and classic feel without feeling crusty at all.

Negative: The room was REALLY hot even though it was the dead of winter, and I didn't feel comfortable opening the window because it was on the first floor and I am a woman staying by herself. The fan was covered in dust as well, so I didn't really want to use it. The breakfast was also a little lackluster - watery eggs, salty hashbrowns. But honestly, it came with the stay and the man was really nice, the coffee was good, and the sausages were yummy - so it's not impacting my opinion and I'm happy to stay again.

Positive: Everything in general was amazing, the room, the location, the staff. Might not be real close to the city centre but it was a great decision because you get a fantastic night sleep, and you wake up in a quiet area, no rushing, you go at your own pace.
