• Two of the Queen bedrooms have window Air Conditioning units. Both Ohana Unit bedrooms have A/C. Three main house bedrooms do not have A/C nor does the main house.

• We maintain a clean home with routine pest control, but be aware that island critters (ants, lizards, cockroaches, etc) may be occasionally be seen inside as it is a tropical climate. Wild chickens and roosters also roam the area and may enter into the yard.

Summary: The house was wonderful. Perfect for our group. Clean and stocked adequately. The owner was very understanding that we were traveling with a toddler and needed extra hours on the day of our departure. Thankful for him. Was disappointed in the location and felt it was not quite as it was described.

Summary: I love how this home was actually a short walk to the beach. But, it was very convenient for my family. The home was clean and no clutter and easy to assess. I also want to mention that the balcony just open to the front of the yard with a fresh air and view to the beach. Wake up with a cup of tea or coffee and just chill on the balcony.
