Positive: Loved walking out and being right in the beach. Went snorkeling with the kids right in front of the place and it was great! Big reef offshore really provides for a great protection and sea experience for the kids. Also, the place was all done up with some nice chocolates when we arrived! AC was on, lights were on, it was a nice surprise. So much better than the hotel we were staying in!
Negative: One thing I would say is that some of the pans prob need to be replaced. The teflon is coming off so, we didn’t use them. It was totally fine since we used the shared BBQ’s which worked well. They are a bit rusted out but not surprising considering their location.
Summary: Beautiful long weekend at the perfect place for the family!

Positive: Unbelievable location. Literally only a few steps from an amazing beach. Beautiful views from the living room. We also saw turtles on the beach.
Negative: The unit needs some updating with furniture and it smelled like someone had been chain smoking there for the past 30 years. The construction noise was also fairly loud during the weekdays. There was also no air conditioning in the bedroom. It looks like they have a brand new unit ready to install but it was still in the box. They also need to change the moldy shower curtain and provide a dustpan.
Summary: Amazing location that far outweighs a bit of a rustic lodging experience.

Negative: Everything was great! Just some suggestions: No clothing Iron There was a broom but no dustpan There were a few camping chairs and 1 beach chair. Would have been nice to have 4 beach chairs.
