Summary: The hotel was very nice, clean and modern! The room was comfortable and the shower amazing, but the bed was not good (little and Thin hard mattress). The localization was great, with public transportation nearby!

Summary: Overall, I think this is an overpriced place and not that clean. My room was on the main road so it was noisy throughout the day if you like to have the window open (there is no air conditioning, so it can get warm if it is not open). There is currently construction going on so it can get noisy because of that and a bit dusty (apparently there has been construction going on for a bit). In terms of cleanliness, at one point I had a fly infestation by my bed, the sheets were stained and the towels smelled funny. The rooms were not cleaned completely when requested and one morning there was no water running, then it took around an hour to come back up again (this was not communicated to us, I had to go to reception to ask what happened). There was one lady at the reception who was very very lovely, but one guy who was not that patient and made my check in and check out feel very rushed. In terms of transport, it's very close to the train station (also about 15 minutes or so away from the airport by train). If you don't mind being a little further out from the central areas then this place is ok. If you do, I'd recommend going a little closer to town. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it. I'd give it a total of 3/10.

Summary: My room stank of cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking one. I left a day early

Summary: The room was hot as there was no AC and no fan. Had to keep the window open to get some air inside. The room was facing the railway track and road. I could not sleep a bit because of the constant noise. The least they can do is install a fan if not AC. The bathroom had no storage place to keep the toiletries. Overall, a very minimalist hotel.

Summary: A very good accomodation close to the Ostkreutz station with frequent trains into to city centre within minutes. Friendly and helpfull staff. A mix of quiet neighbourhood and trains passing by with rooms not chosing waterfront view. But if you close the tripple-glased window no noise could be heard. Nice, well-designed and clean apartment. Only negative was that in the heat of the summer (+30) the window at night could not be open (because of the noise) as there is no ac. I suppose in moderate temperatures room temp will be ok.

Summary: We have stayed here twice with a few weeks in between. Both stays were remarkable. Friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, well-equipped kitchen, convenient location, etc. Very few hotels are this well thought out nowadays. On top of everything, very enjoyable neighborhood. Take a walk to Treptower Park, enjoy your day if you will. I strongly recommend.
