Positive: Lovely reception staff when we arrived. Very clean with beautiful lounge area Good location with easy short walk to train station Everything you need - dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge, utensils. Very well equipped

Negative: Bed has an odd wooden surround which makes it uncomfortable to get in and out of Teeny weeny towels supplied which do not go around an average sized person Strange great big square pillows that we didn't understand

Positive: The staff was great. Good location. The facilities in the room are good.

Negative: I knew when I made the reservation there was no air conditioning in the room and it was my mistake to book a hotel without air conditioning. The temperature outside was 27 to 32 degrees over five days and it was difficult to sleep. So I don’t regiment booking this hotel when the temperature is high in the summer.
