Positive: Place was alright, internet & other facilities listed on the ad were all okay.

Negative: Neighbourhood was a bit sketchy. Flat was not super clean & smelled of cold cigarette when we got there. Blinds in the main bedroom was not closing - not idea for a good night sleep pre-marathon.

Positive: Great location - the Berlin-Lichtenberg U+S Bahn station is a 5 minute walk. There is a Penny and a Lidl grocery store nearby. Equipment is OK for a short or middle term stay - the kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine. Nice too have these.

Negative: The cleanliness of the shower is not that good - the shower was clogged, needed to unclog it. Please take care of it more often. The doors are not closing easily, especially for the shower. It seems as if they are bent from heavy use. More maintenance is needed for this place.

Negative: Towels and bedsheets didn't smell good. There were cockroaches in the flat, and we saw at least 3 in the kitchen and a couple in the bedroom.

Positive: The accommodation is in a good location, a few minutes from the S-bahn station. PENNY and Lidl shops are nearby. The accommodation was clean, spacious, suitable for two people. We only lacked air conditioning or a fan. The kitchen has good equipment and basic things such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee, coffee machine, paper towels. We didn't lack anything, only there was not enough salt :) The bathroom has a hairdryer and basic toiletries. It was a nice surprise - the hairspray was ready, thank you :). The sink is mounted very low. The shower cabin does not have a good seal, water leaks out onto the floor when showering. Only two towel hooks, mounted very low, a large towel cannot be hung. The whole apartment has humid air even with sufficient ventilation. There is a busy road nearby, but the apartment is quiet. The small terrace has soft lighting with a pleasant seating area, we liked it a lot :)

Negative: Air conditioning in the apartment or at least fans. Weak lighting in the living room and kitchen. Clothes dryer.
