Summary: We paid extra for “”Priviledge” Status. It was well worth it. We were able to eat at the a lacarte dining room. You should book table early. To get early seating. They also serve breakfast. Great to avoid the Buffett, although very good. Plus, there is A Priviledge room with snacks and liquor. Plus, outdoor seating area near the pool. Very worth it. They had a tour desk that was helpful. Welcome Champagne At A La Carte dining room. nightly.

Summary: The hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. The hotel is well positioned as we like to walk into area rather than step into them but is only a 15 min walk to the main strip. Food at the evening was exceptional both in quality and choice. We went half board but we had the option of having lunch rather than dinner which gave us the flexibility of eating out. Plenty of nightly entertainment available with a variety of acts and black jack and pool tables. Staff were very helpful when needed and we experienced nothing that would keep us from revisiting. Would recommend the sea view rooms and the higher the better.

Summary: Enjoyed adults only , so was. nice and peaceful . Nice hotel but requires some updating in the rooms . Food buffet was ok lots of choices but some food was bland. Staff friendly, entertainment in the evenings which was ok. Lovely big swimming pool but was so cold , needs some heating.

Summary: Beautiful place. Excellent food. We stayed half board - the variety of food for both breakfast and evening dinner was excellent - so much variety and beautifully laid out. Each evening, there was a different theme for dinner so eating was delightful. Our room, whilst specious and with a fine sea view, was a little dated but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no problem recommending this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Summary: An amazing hotel. As the hotel is on the sea front, there are amazing views from the property. There is a path leading from the hotel, along the sea front, that takes you directly to Playa Blanca which is a beautiful walk. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, peppery was spotless, A/C in room worked great, and the food was good too.

Summary: The hotel could do with freshening up in places but what makes it is the staff. There is a friendly atmosphere and it feels stress free. Food is good with enough choice for everyone. There are facilities to be active or just relax and the beach or main town are within walking distance Many people return again and we definitely will.
