Summary: We were two families with 3 adults, 2 teens, 2 tweens & 1 child. This house was perfectly set up for our needs. It was an easy walk to the beach and we could come and go at our own pace. It was a short bike ride or golf cart ride into downtown. There were enough linens for all, though we brought our own beach towels and the kids brought their own pillows. The tent was broken, but we brought our own… then ours broke so we bought two beach umbrellas which we left behind for the next renters. The kitchen was well appointed with more than enough storage for all the food we brought with us. The front porch was great in the morning and the back porch hosted many family meals. Our only suggested improvements would be to have a basket of beach toys available for kids (we bought buckets & shovels and left them under the back stairs) and to switch out the charcoal grill for a gas grill (or provide charcoal!). Otherwise, it was perfect! We hope the owners/renters take advantage of the paperback beach reads and jigsaw puzzle we left behind for others to enjoy!

Summary: Had it not been for the cleaning ladies at the real estate office we would have not been able to get our keys. We arrived after hours but the after hours pick-up location we had been told to use had been accidentally locked. Obviously a simple mistake but could have been a MAJOR issue.

Summary: We stayed for 8 days in Boca Grande, the house was perfect in space and location for our needs. A very quiet neighborhood with 2 public tennis courts on the same street and 2 minutes walking to the beautiful Beach. Since the house is managed through another real estate/rental agency, to complete the already confirmed booking we had to complete another verification procedure online. The key has to be picked up at their office in Boca Grande. We would have appreciated a hair dryer in the bath room and a beach umbrella ( beach chairs are provided), we were told it’s not mandatory to provide but it would be nice, just as a suggestion. The screened in terrace was appreciated, there is a small BBQ but we didn’t use it. The master bed room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed it very much.
