Summary: wasn't aware I'd booked breakfast and was charged for it even though I didn't have any on the first morning . also there's road works being carried out around the hotel which isn't there fault but the temporary road covers make a load noise though the night

Summary: The room was spacious enough with a kitchen and decent sized bathroom. The major drawback is that the room was located across the street from the checkin area. Access is poorly lit (lights are on a timer). The staircase to my room is steep and difficult to manage with luggage. The staff is friendly and the area around the hotel is safe and quiet.
