Summary: Property was okay well maintained in prime areas but looking a bit tired in the rooms. Prefer sliding doors vs solid doors to balcony when booking with a balcony and oceanfront or view. Bathrooms for pool area was a portable bathroom. Note: need to do stairs to go to beach area. Tiki bar doesn't have a view of the ocean only a dune.

Summary: our only *issue* was we asked mid-way through our stay for our front hall/bathroom to be swept. As far as i could tell it was not- not the end of the world. As the hotel is on the beach sand is expected. Staff was amazing, Bar area was very nice- bar area very nice. We only had breakfast our last morning and it was very good (as i am from New Hampshire i wish they had real maple syrup lol) This was our second time at this property and loved how they are pet friendly- sooooooo sooooo many dogs!!! Loved it

Summary: Room had new flooring , No carpet which was nice. . Shower could have used updating with shelves for soap and shampoo . Some mold around edges on shower floor. , old curtain instead of shower doors. But other than that everything was ok.in room. Also not having continental breakfast was a first for us . We really missed that. Most hotels now have very nice breakfast for the patrons. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary: Everything was great except for the dogs by the pool bar barking like crazy and then at 4 o’clock in the morning another dog in the hotel barking for a good 25 minutes that was the biggest downfall
