This beautiful old-timer home enjoys a welcoming living room comfortably furnished to provide a fantastic spot to unwind as you stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV. The electric fireplace will keep you nice and toasty during your stay, especially if you are visiting during the colder months. Stock up on groceries on your way here and surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, which features a Kenmore country kitchen range with a modern electric stovetop and a dual built-in oven. Attached to the kitchen is a secluded office/rec area with a desk workspace, plenty of board games, a cozy reading nook, and another smart TV. Security camera details: There are two exterior security cameras. Both are Ring cameras located at the front door. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
