Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The house set up was perfect for our large group (3 adults age range 49-56, 2 adults age 78 - 81, 3 adult children, and a 9YO). The beds and living area furniture were extremely comfortable and we loved the large dining table and wrap around deck overlooking the pond. Unfortunately, the access to the pond was not what we had expected and proved difficult for my parents (78 and 81 YO) to get into the water. While the younger set had no issues, we had expected a larger and more level sandy area. The floating dock was a huge hit and we all enjoyed exploring the pond with kayaks and the canoe. At night, the spacious bon fire pit was a huge hit and for being on the water we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of mosquitos. Thank you for a great stay.

Summary: This is the second year myself and extended family have rented this property in the summer. Once again we were not disappointed. The beach/yard was clean and tidy. The water was very clean and the kids had a blast swimming all day and jumping off the water trampoline. The house was clean and orderly and the owner was easily accessible. We did have 2 minor issues (no fault to owner) and they were taken care of quickly. I would love to see another refrigerator for the home. Sleeping 20+ people and trying to fit all that food is difficult with one refrigerator. Also, a dumpster of some sort would be ideal as the trash gets filled quickly.

Summary: This was a fantastic location for our group of 14 adults! The house had everything we needed and the living spaces were perfect for hanging out together. The huge dining table was amazing for meals and games! Also loved the privacy (huge private driveway) yet easy access to outdoor activities - we were able to go out on the ice right behind the house and went on a Nordic ski adventure at Weeks state park. Ryan was very accessible and responsive - even making sure the driveway was plowed again before we arrived during a snowstorm. We did have to go get some dishwasher detergent but it had pretty much everything else we needed.

Summary: A few friends of mine joined my boyfriend and I for a cabin weekend in Vermont to escape the city for a few days! There were plenty of beds for everyone and the two living areas were convenient. The long table in the dining area was wonderful for all of us to hang out together during meals. Overall, it was a really good experience!
