Positive: The location was close to the city centre (a 15 min walk) and the property was well maintained. The coffee machine was a lovely extra and key pick up was straight forward despite it being at a different location. Well equipt kitchen and a handy Tesco express round the corner. The bedding and towels were exceptionally clean.

Negative: The blind in one of the bedrooms needs cleaning. The property is on a main road so it was a bit noisy with traffic. We did have to close the windows to try and block out some of the noise. It was a bit tricky finding it initially (the 2b is above the door) so maybe a sign outside would be handy.

Positive: The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a Tesco around the corner which was very convenient. You can catch a bus from across the road into the heart of Dublin.

Negative: The property was difficult to locate, the building from the outside does not look like a flat. Keys had to be picked up from a different location. Property on the main road, with the bedroom at the front. Property has no windows - only front bedroom.

Positive: In a quiet part of Dublin, a little walk to St Patricks, comfy flat with cosy ambiance.

Negative: Getting the keys was a complete ORDEAL, (with the KeyNest system). The person on the other side of the phone was kind, and full of apologies, but could do nothing to beat the system... And the adress is incomplete. Operating with KeyNest should be stipulated in the contract from the start, and not announced just a few hours before arrival. I do not wish to relive those stressful hours again.

Positive: Thankfully our key pickup location was only a 7 minute walk which was substantially closer than the original pickup spot.

Negative: After long travels and needing to arrange rides. Having to make a stop just to grab the kegs was not ideal. Especially when you uber to the location.

Summary: Enjoyable. Easy. Good location
