Positive: Location , the rooms is clean and so is the bathroom as well, check in and check out is hassle free.

Negative: Room is adverted as having a private bathroom , the private bathroom was outside the room across the hall way , quite noisy at night with the constant traffic rooms are not insulated for sound

Summary: Too noisy, private bathroom is outside the room inconvenient if you want to go in the night

Positive: First time to Dublin and booked online. Property is clean and tidy, Room was a good size and location was fantastic

Negative: Homeless and drug house next door, although we had no issues at all

Positive: Location was ideal for temple bar, visiting Guinness Storehouse etc… Perfect 5/10 minute walk from everything touristy! Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and shower was amazing. Didn’t have to deal with staff as such because room and door codes are provided. Rooms still cleaned/ made up at some point in the day as well which is a nice touch! Good little fridge in the room too which was ideal. Value for money was decent, certainly better than the other options in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

Negative: Nothing of note. Was there 2 nights and had no problems at all. Thanks very much!
