Summary: Check-in at this family home was easy and quick. The rooms had everything you needed. The house is in a beautiful country setting. We could hear the cows moo-ing as we said hello to the local ponies and then settled into the outdoor hot tub. Would highly recommend.

Summary: we stayed for 1 night in this beautiful property. it was so peaceful and serene. our room had a balcony and we were able to sit, watch the sun set, and take in the vastness of icelandic skies. there was self serve juice and hot cocoas available, which was very much appreciated after a long day of hiking and driving.

Summary: The front desk was rude on check in. The sheets smelled of smoke, and everything was dusty. Would not recomend.

Summary: Part of the rooms are in the main house and the other rooms are in an addition. We were in the main house with four rooms and one bathroom. The bathroom was large with a large soaking tub with no separate shower ( shower handle in tub). Nice kitchen and family room in addition. It’s in a working farm area and not in a town. Would be hard to access without a car.
