Culture, relax or amusement: everything very close to us and at your disposal for wonderful holidays.
For families: The apartment has a wide and well furnished living room with a comfortable sofa/bed, TV, Hi-Fi. The kitchen is well equipped with all dishes, microwave oven, fridge, freezer. The table is for 6 persons. The bedrooms are wides, with big wardrobes, the bathroom is large and the hair dryer is supplied.
On request, we supply a cot and an high chair.
Inside the apartment, you will also find a washing machine, and iron and an iron board. The internet connection is also available.
Outside, a big garden with amusement park, gazebo with table and chairs for dinners, big parking, are at disposal of our guests. Our guesthouse is a safe place, very quiet.
Discovering Veneto also by bike: La Mason is in the heart of Veneto. Crossing this region by car or bike, you can see the variety of the nature, from the plain, through the hills, till the mountains. We are between the hills: these hills are rich of vineyards of different kind of wines: Valpolicella, Bardolino, Recioto, Soave, Amarone, Durello, .... From us, you can easily reach the plain (Padova) and the sea (Venice) or climb the mountains (Recoaro, Asiago), visit the several villages around Garda Lake: all of them are one hour, one hour and half maximum far from us.
If you do not want to drive, you can ride your bike: close to us there are long bicycle paths, or many paths through the vineyards to be discovered.

Summary: My wife and I stayed at Residence la Mason for almost two weeks while touring the cities and villages of the Veneto. The apartment appeared exactly as represented on the website. It is clean and well maintained, and offers an opportunity to stay in a quiet, peaceful setting off the beaten path. Some apartments in the compound are lived in by full time residents. If you will be spending time between Vicenza, Verona, and Padua, rather than concentrating in one city, the location is very central and the Autostrada makes travel between the cities very quick. Keep in mind, though, that at the end of the day in one of the cities you have a half-hour drive to get home. The owner and staff are sufficiently fluent in English and happy to provide information and assist with local arrangements. I highly recommend Residence la Mason for independent travelers.

Summary: I just wanted to let you know, that this is a wonderful place to stay, the accomodation is beautiful, as you can see in the photos, the kitchen is great to cook in and there is a great supermarket in the next village, it was easy to find with a satnav just off the main road in a very quiet location, within easy reach of Verona Venice and Lake Garda, it was ideal for my family of 5 (including 3 teenage sons) We did not eat locally as the kitchen facilities were so good - but there are several recommendations in a book when you arrive, the breakfast basket was very good and helped us a great deal on the first morning. Although we did not meet Ivana she was alsways very friendly and quick to respond to emails. I would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Summary: We stayed 3 nights at the La Mazon . The place was just great , clean , peacefull, nice air condition !! The owner is very kind and willing to help in all she can , The place is two minutes drive from the high way but stil very peacefull . We inside is very modern , full equipped kitchen and great place to relax after a whole day of walking in the Venice sun!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at La Mason in the Raffaelo apartment. It was perfect for our family of 4 with plenty of space to accommodate even 6 people. The location is very peaceful and convenient for trips to both Verona and Venice. Despite its proximity to the highway it was very quiet - both at night and during the day. Having a car to travel around is a must. The apartment was very clean, exactly as advertised and had all we needed for our stay. The air conditioning is a great plus for the hot and humid summer months. The welcome breakfast basket was a nice treat from the owner. We would gladly return next time we visit the area and definitely recommend this property.

Summary: The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. We had eight in our party which was fine, but would of been even more comfortable with just six. Grocery store near by and food basket was such a wonderful and classy touch. Secure parking and great location to go to Vernona, Vicenza, and Venice. Ivana was very helpful with recommending restaurants for our group! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Summary: Four of us stayed in Apartment Palladio (so appropriate) and loved it. Driving through security gates makes you feel very safe and walking through cloisters to the apartment is like walking back in time. Then you walk into a modern spacious well equipped apartment. The office for Residence La Mason with the superbly efficient, friendly and English speaking Ivana was opposite our door. Every day she suggested visits and offered directions - all gratefully received and spot on. We parked our car at the nearby Montebello station and travelled to Venice by train for 5 Euros each way! You are less than a couple of minutes from the A4 Autostrada and we visited Lake Garda, Vicenza, Marostica and Bassana with ease. Soave village and winery are near the apartment (great wines on offer at reasonable prices) and we strongly recommend a visit. We bought foods in the local shops and markets and cooked each evening but there are restaurants in Montebello. There is a good gas hob and microwave but no oven. The apartment was very clean and easy to maintain througout our visit. Residence La Mason is actually all it appears on the web site and more. Car a necessity. We'll be back!!

Summary: My mom turned 75 last year and since she's into opera, we decided to take her to the Verona festival. Looking around in the internet for accomodation, I found this nice spot which is located just 30 min by car east of Verona. The flat is part of an medieval complex which has been refurbished very nicely and tastefully and resides just in the middle of a beautiful hilly landscape full of vineyards. When we arrived on Sunday, Ivana took care of us. She is a very friendly person, gave all the infos we needed, was always open for questions and provided recommendations for trips and restaurants which we greatly enjoyed. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen fully satisfied our needs. Since it was very hot in August (32-35°C), we were very happy to turn on aircondition while touring the area and enjoyed to come back to our cool and relaxing place. Junction to motorway Milano-Venezia is just a minute away, very convenient for day trips, but on the other hand gives rise to the only minor point - We opened windows every night after the heat came down and at one night (just one in a week!), we could notice the motorway which is just 1 km away. Overall, one of the most pleasant stays I had so far! Very nIce, clean and friendly! Location is perfect for wonderful trips to this phantastic area. Definetivly worth the price! Will come back!
